ABOUT

Alfie’s practice conjures an otherworldly civilisation where the arcane and the ultramodern converge. Taking a multidisciplinary approach, he navigates the shifting boundaries between technology and human experience. The work draws on a symbolic visual language, using motifs that echo circuitry, sacred architecture, and organic growth. These elements, interwoven with myth and folklore, present a vision of consciousness that goes beyond thought, embracing the spiritual, sensory, and interconnectedness of life.
Alfie graduated with First Class Honors in Fine Art from the University of Salford in 2022 and completed a year on the Graduate Scholarship Programme with UoS Art Collection and Castlefield Gallery. He has exhibited at venues such as Antwerp Mansion, Withington Public Hall, Fierce Bar, and a self-curated group show at Islington Mill, where he is now based. Alfie has also been featured in publications such as Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust, produced album art for musicians in the North West, and has work in the University of Salford's permanent collection.
